More Vampire Diaries nominees for Teen Choice Awards and TWoP’s Tubey Awards

In addition to the previous nominations for this year’s Teen Choice Awards, five more categories including the show have been announced: Breakout ShowFemale Scene Stealer (Katerina Graham), Female Breakout Star (Nina Dobrev), Male Breakout Star (Paul Wesley), and Choice Male Hottie (Ian Somerhalder).

Unfortunately there’s a delay right now, but the official site says that voting will resume shortly. The ceremony will be taking place on FOX, August 9th at 8/7c.

TubeyS polls have been updated as well and The Vampire Diaries is listed in the following categories: Best Single Episode – Drama (Lost Girls and Founder’s Day), Most Welcome New Character (Anna), Most Wrongly Underused Character (Matt Donovan), Best Line of Dialogue (“Believe it or not Stefan, some girls don’t need my persuasion. Some girls just can’t resist my good looks, my style, and my charm and my unflinching ability to listen to Taylor Swift.”; “I do believe in killing the messenger. You know why? Because it sends a message.”; “If I see something I haven’t seen before, I’ll throw a dollar at it.”; “That’s for me to know and for you to dot, dot, dot.”; “We’re a team. We could travel the world together.
